Abstract submission

The deadline for the reception of abstracts is 19 November 2021 10 December (New Date).

The meeting’s official language will be English.
Abstracts should be submitted via the SPQ registration site. Please, log in using the login and the password provided during the registration process and then proceed with "abstract submission". Please use the Abstract Template (Microsoft Word file).
The abstract must not exceed one A4 page. Decision between poster and oral communications will be made by the scientific committee upon evaluation of the submitted abstracts. The abstract file should be saved as .doc (or docx in either case). Each participant can submit only ONE abstract as presenting author, for poster or oral communication, and this should be indicated upon submission.

Accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts (only abstracts of registered participants will be included).
Please make sure your abstract does not contain any spelling or grammar mistakes, as it will be reproduced as submitted. Each participant can submit only ONE abstract as presenting author, for poster or oral communication, and this should be indicated upon submission.


Posters Dimension: 90 cm (width) x 120 cm (height)

Rules

  • Before abstract submission the author should proceed with the Online Registration.

  • After registering, you will receive an e-mail with the Code to access the abstract submission tool in your Personal Area.

  • In the Personal Area you will be able to submit your abstract(s) and replace the submitted abstract(s) at anytime until the deadline for abstract submission.

  • For each abstract you should indicate the other authors and the preferred type of presentation (Oral or Poster).

  • If you don’t receive an e-mail with the confirmation of the abstract(s) submission, please contact us.

Abstract Guidelines

  • The first author must be registered.

  • The abstract will only be considered if the standards are met. The first author or corresponding author must be registered.  

  • Abstract text in A4 format page, since the abstract can only occupy a single page A4.

  • The abstract must be submitted electronically. Abstracts submitted by fax or email will not be considered

  • The abstract should be in MSWord format or in another compatible format.

  • Abstracts of authors who are not registered will NOT be accepted.
